The AVEC Chair is an at-home exercise chair designed to promote exercise in the home setting for the aging population. AVEC is an acronym for Aerobic Vitality Enhancement Chair, and avec is also the French word for with because our chair is designed to fit with your home and with your lifestyle.

This project was completed in a group with three other team members, as well as in tandem with Warm Hearth Village, a senior living community in Blacksburg.
